Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Reely (app.reely.top), a platform where advertisers fund campaigns in crypto and creators get paid for short videos that reach a set number of views. By connecting a wallet or linking a social account you accept these Terms.

1. Roles

An advertiser (client) creates a campaign: a product link, a brief, a reward for a number of views, a budget and an end date.

A creator (clipper) links YouTube, TikTok or Instagram accounts, publishes videos about the product and submits links to them.

2. Wallets and the campaign contract

You sign in with a TON wallet. Each campaign is a smart contract on the TON blockchain that holds the budget. Reely never holds your private keys and cannot move funds on your behalf.

Blockchain transactions are final. Check addresses and amounts before you confirm a transaction in your wallet.

3. Payouts and fees

When a submitted video reaches the required views, Reely confirms it and the creator can request the reward from the campaign contract. The advertiser releases the payout or opens a dispute within 3 days; if the advertiser does not respond, the creator can claim the payout from the contract.

Reely takes a platform fee from every payout: 5% for TON and USDT, 2.5% for NOT and GRC. Topping up a campaign is free.

Unspent budget is returned to the advertiser after the campaign ends, except amounts reserved for pending payouts.

4. Views and fair play

Views are read from the platforms through their official APIs using the accounts you link. You may submit only videos published on your own linked accounts.

  • Do not buy, bot or otherwise inflate views.
  • Do not submit videos you do not own or videos that do not follow the campaign brief.
  • Do not publish content that is illegal or breaks the rules of YouTube, TikTok or Instagram.

Reely may reject submissions and suspend accounts that break these rules. Disputes over payouts are resolved by Reely judges.

5. Linked social accounts

By linking a YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). TikTok and Instagram accounts are subject to the terms of those platforms.

You can unlink an account at any time on the Accounts page.

6. Liability

Reely is provided as is. We are not responsible for losses caused by wallet errors, blockchain network issues, changes in token prices or decisions of the video platforms.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date of the current version is shown above. Questions: support@reely.top.
